What will the EBOS Healthcare Educational and Resource Centre offer?
To help you on the journey the Educational and Recourse Centre will provide education and resources on different categories such as Wound Care, Casting, Infection Prevention, IV cannulation and many more to ensure that you can extend your knowledge and ultimately provide the highest level of patient care.
Who can use the EBOS Healthcare Educational and Resource Centre?
We aim to provide a comprehensive range of training and resources that will help you develop professionally in your role as registered nurse, practitioner, clinician, caregiver, or healthcare assistant.
Who will do the training?
Our ERC will include training and resources from health care professionals, our highly regarded and knowledgeable Medical Supply Partners and, inhouse brand-neutral, training and resources to ensure that you receive a comprehensive, all-inclusive training experience.
Will the training count towards my professional development?
To assists with the 60 hours of Continuing Education required every three years and your ongoing registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council, you’ll receive a certificate after completing one of our courses, which details what training has been done and total learning time allocated. *
Although EHC is not able to provide CPD Points as we are not a registered body, we can provide evidence of the hours a learner has completed on any of our courses, and these may be able to count towards continuing education and professional development. Please check with your employer/organisation that the training suits your professional requirements.
