Sofmesh Si Silicone produces an ideal healing environment where there is need for atraumatic removal if necessary.

Sofmesh retains moisture at the wound bed while the perforations allow excess exudate to pass onto a secondary dressing.  This is ideal for wounds with light to heavy levels of exudate.
